A central aim of my postdoctoral fellowship is the publication of a series of papers that develop ideas from my PhD.
I currently have several articles in preparation on the following themes:
- “Towards a geography of museums: some reflections on museums, collections and museum practice”
- “Enthusiasm: a way of passionately being-in-the-world”
- “Telephones, Exchanges and Insulator Caps: enthusiastic practices of collecting and hoarding”
- “Researching behind the scenes at the Science Museum”
There are plans for 2 more articles relating specifically to technical culture and museum curation.
